Meghan Pratschler is a California-licensed attorney well renowned for her expertise. Her practice has followed a niche area - where technology, intellectual property, and the law meet. As one of very few experts in her field, Meghan is a resource for businesses and individuals alike.

She graduated from the University of Dayton in the top third of her class after just two years, instead of the traditional three. During her time in law school, she founded the International Law Society, was a member of the the Intellectual Property Society, the Federal Law Society, and the Mock Trial Team. She earned a CALI in Trademarks and Unfair Competition and graduated with a Certified Concentration in Intellectual Property. If that weren’t impressive enough, she also interned with a boutique law firm, McCracken & Martin, and a medium-sized technology company, Vora Ventures.

Knowing that very few, if any, law firms focused on her passion, Meghan decided to make her own after sitting for the California Bar exam in July 2018. Since then, Meghan has become well renowned for her knowledge of emerging technology, funding startups, SEC regulations, and skillful writing. She began teaching Transactional Drafting at CU Boulder Law - before she was 30. She also works with International Blockchain Legal as Of Counsel, as a subject matter consultant for multiple other law firms, and is fractional general counsel for several companies, including Negative One Games, of which she is Chief Legal Officer. She has advised clients in industries ranging from AI, Web3, and Crypto to healthcare practitioners, and everything in between.

Nerds make the best lawyers.

Nerds are defined by their passion and in-depth understanding of a topic, beyond that of an ordinary person or even a fan. Meghan is driven, ambitious, dedicated, and passionate about her practice areas and the technology that creates them. She goes to the greatest depths of research to make sure she understands the entirety of her projects.

In other words, Meghan is a nerd.
